The main hall is roughly 60’ by 45’ with high ceilings. It is adjoined by a large kitchen with a pass-thru serving counter. It seats around 200 for town meetings and wedding receptions and has parking for up to 75 cars. It has hosted antique sales, beano, boxing, indoor walking, public dinners, and seminars. Rental fees are as follows:
- Greely Hall (Main Hall) – $100 per day
- Kitchen – $50 per day
- Auctions – $350 for 3 day access
- Yard sale space – in the parking lot – $20 per day
- Craft fairs $20 per table
- Cleaning fee – $150 – (refundable)..will be collected with each rental and returned upon satisfactory inspection of the space after use.
